♦ Distant Reiki / Distant IET^® - relax in the comfort of your own home

We schedule the appointment and speak briefly prior to it to determine your intention and discuss anything you want to share.  After your Distant Reiki or IET^® session, we wrap up with another brief conversation and you receive my notes from the session via text message.

♦ Chakra Balancing

There are 7 main chakras which are energy centers that correlate to specific organs and physical systems along with emotions, mental ability and spirituality.  Negative experiences and thoughts can affect our chakras and inhibit a natural flow.  During this interactive session, I will sense and check each chakra to discern which chakras need healing and balancing.  I then use crystals and guide you to say and repeat affirmations to assist each chakra to a balanced and open state.
