An individual session is 1 hour with the treatment time approximately 50 minutes.  This allows for an adequate amount of time to discuss your needs and intentions for the session.

 

♦ Integrated Energy Therapy^® (IET^®)

We schedule the appointment and speak briefly prior to it to determine your intention and discuss anything you want to share.  After your Distant Reiki or IET^® session, we wrap up with another brief conversation and you receive my notes from the session via text message.
